Department of Philosophy

The department of philosophy was established in the year 2010. At the beginning the department of philosophy was started with the undergraduate course in 2010. After that the department received its honours affiliation from Burdwan University in 2018.There is one full-time teacher in the department at present to fulfil theacademic need of the students.

Vision:

To make the students good civilized so that they are able to well developed way of life and social systems.

To give educational facilities to the students, specially belonging to the weaker and underprivileged of the society coming from rural areas.

To help the students to develop mental abilities
