The Lokepara college has set up a Grievance Redressal cell in the college to provide grievance awareness to the students. The cell has been
constituted 05.02.2019., to remedy the complaints and complaints of the students. function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student
of college and judge its merit. All allegations related to problems, such as any physical and mental torture, syllabus completion, infrastructures’, college
fees etc. are settlement. The cell has been given the power to investigate the harassment issues. Anyone can contact the cell members with genuine complaints,
if the person does not want to be present in person, he can drop the complaints in writing in the complaint box and send the complaint through e-mail to the
member in charge of the complaint cell.
Mission:
- Provide a platform for individuals to express their concerns complaints and grievances in a confidential and non-judgmental manner.
- To create a responsible attitude among all students, teachers and non-teaching staff.
- To encourage maintaining the standards and discipline in the college campus.
- To institute a monitoring mechanism to oversee the functioning of the Grievance Redressal policy.

- The vision of the complaint settlement is to create cordial relationships between teachers and students, so that it is possible to create trouble- free
environment in the college.
- To encourage students to express their problems with fearless.
- To ensure effective solutions to student’s complaints in a neutral manner.
- To keep a continuous watch and vigil over ragging so as to prevent its occurrence and recurrence.
- Advise all Staff to be kind to Students and not to act vindictively against anyone .
