The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) aims to create a safe, respectful, and gender-sensitive environment on the college premises so that students and staff can work and study without fear of harassment. It is constituted under the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, often called the POSH Act.

- 3. Ensuring Justice and Safety
- o The ICC ensures that the victim is protected from further harassment.

- 4. Recommending Action
- o After inquiry, the committee submits a report to the college authority.
- o It can recommend disciplinary actions such as warnings, suspension, or other institutional penalties against the accused if the complaint is proven.
