Department of Environmental Studies

The Department of Environmental Studies began its journey after the establishment of the college. This is a compulsory department.

From 2011 environmental studies taught as a compulsory subject in third year. In the year from 2017- 2018 as AECC paper in semester I. Currently in New Education Policy(NEP) 2020 environmental studies is taught VAC( value added course) paper in semester I and MDC / IDC paper( Multi/Inter disciplinary) in semester I , II and III .

At present the department has one Teacher. This department committed to educating students about complex interaction between human and environment.
